Breed and Color: Palomino Paint Quarter Horse
Looking for a quiet and reliable trail partner? Victory is your gal! This smart mare has brains, beauty and a sweet disposition to boot. Under saddle, our trainer is quick to praise her confidence, willingness to do as asked and her solid gaits in both directions. Because of her talented riding, we guess that Victory had some solid time invested into working her under saddle in her previous life! While at Believe, she has performed beautifully with both a bit and a hackamore and is more “woah” than “go” under either. Victory’s heart seems to lie on the trails more than in the ring and, even with a lighter workload, she has demonstrated great stamina for long, leisurely rides. She’s a happy camper going out alone or with others; all she asks for is a loving rider that she can connect with and trust.
Out-of-saddle, Victory is an easy-keeper who gets along well with mares and geldings alike. She’s a center-of-the-pack gal but isn’t afraid to let others know who is boss if the need arises. She would be a wonderful addition to nearly any herd!
Victory is up-to-date on vaccines, worming, teeth float, farrier, and vetting.
Recommended Rider: Suitable for Beginner or Intermediate riders, including kids.
Adoption Requirements: Victory’s best buddy is a handsome companion gelding named Bodhi. Because of their bond, they need to be adopted together.
Ailments/Limitations: Victory is slightly turned in, which can cause some soreness with excessive or high-impact riding. For this reason, she is best suited to light riding and will need shoes or boots for harder surfaces to protect her sensitive soles.
